Galo Véio is an artisan pizzeria in Cidade Baixa, in the heart of Porto Alegre. Our dough is thin, light and handmade, naturally long-fermented and stretched over cornmeal.
With dozens of flavors on the menu — classic, special and sweet — we believe great pizza starts with great dough. That is why we never cut corners on the artisan process.
