Our Story
Galo Véio is an artisan pizzeria in Cidade Baixa, in the heart of Porto Alegre. Our dough is long-fermented and stretched over cornmeal, resulting in a pizza that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
With dozens of flavors on the menu — classic, special and sweet — we believe great pizza starts with great dough. That is why we never cut corners on the artisan process.
